At iSource, we recognize the significance of teamwork and the value of enjoying time together as a team. In September 2022, we embarked on a much-needed team-building adventure in Ohrid, and it was an unforgettable experience filled with positive energy and camaraderie.
Our team chose the picturesque location of Camping SCOUT Struga as the perfect backdrop for our activities. It provided us with a beautiful setting for games, bonding, and team building.
During this memorable weekend, we engaged in various exciting activities that brought us closer together. From scuba diving and archery to a lively karaoke party and leisurely walks by the lake, there was never a dull moment.
In the evening, we gathered around a campfire with a couple of beers in hand, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and shared stories. It was a time for laughter, reflection, and strengthening the bonds that make us a close-knit team.
Our team-building event served as a reminder of how these gatherings help us grow stronger, often without us even realizing it. Beyond the fun and games, it was an opportunity to connect on a deeper level, build trust, and reinforce our unity as a team.
